Waitlist entries
A waitlist entry is a guest waiting for a table on a service date, inside a window of start times they will accept. The restaurant’s matching engine works the queue; this resource lets you read it.
Both endpoints need the reservations:read scope. The entry’s notes are the
guest’s own words and need guests:read as well. The fields, the six statuses
and the day-offset rule on the window are on The waitlist entry
object.
Endpoints
Section titled “Endpoints”| Endpoint | What it does |
|---|---|
GET /v1/waitlist-entries |
Lists the restaurant’s entries, live and ended, newest joiner first, filterable with updated_since. |
GET /v1/waitlist-entries/{id} |

This resource is read-only. A guest joins the queue through the restaurant’s booking widget or its staff, and there is no endpoint here that adds one.
