Ping
Ping answers 200 for any live API key, whatever scopes it carries, and returns
no restaurant data. It has no object of its own.

Use it to tell two failures apart. A 401 here means the key is missing,
malformed, unknown or revoked. A 403 insufficient_scope from another endpoint
means the key works and lacks that endpoint’s scope — see
Authentication.
